We have done extensive research on all the different vendors that we have partnered up with to make certain that they are offering what they say and have negotiated an extensive discount that is passed on to you, the customer. We understand that everyone is bound by budget restrictions, for that reason we carry at least 3 vendors for each category to make certain that we have negotiated rates on those particular items. If the vendor is not one we carry, no problem, we can still get it at a discount and install, maintain and renew any hardware warranty extensions that you might need.

ANTIVIRUS

 

Seems like every day you hear about some new super virus that's going to wipe out the internet. There are hundreds of AntiVirus companies out there and we've done extensive research on which ones to use. We wouldn't recommend that you use any antivirus that we don't already use in house.

One of the biggest problems small business face with upgrading technology is that they do not have any kind of schedule to swap out their technology. So when it comes time to upgrade their hardware it's due to a catastrophic failure or everything in the office is severely outdated so the cost is immense to upgrade the entire office. This is one of the reasons that we carry multiple carriers of all areas of suppliers so that we can meet all of our clients budgets and find the perfect fit for them.

If you have a small office that you need to share files, then chance is that you have a server of some kind. We don't try to sell you the vendor that we make the most money off of. We sell our hardware at cost so you never have to worry about us selling you something you don't need. We sit down with you and go over your current needs, where you plan on being in a year and throughout the life span of the server. Once we've come up with a recommendation based on your description of needs we explain what we're suggesting and why.
